Meanwhile, while the artists make their art, I wanted to share an opportunity to come meet these muralists in person, see their artwork (and pieces by their comrades in Colombia), and do it all by the beach....

  • September 15th, 2018 / 12pm - 10pm

  • Nantasket Beach Annual Block Party / Hull, Massachusetts

  • Live art, murals + pop-up expo by Fresco Exchange collective + beyond

  • After Party at Paragon Beer Hall + Fascination with craft beer, games and music

If you haven't been to Nantasket, it's really not that far from Boston. There is MBTA transit nearby - or you can even ride a commuter boat. It's worth it. Once here, you'll enjoy a precious surf town of the South Shore - in past lives graced by Kennedys as a resort area, with the most fun classic game called ***Fascination*** that was brought up from Coney Island in the 1930s or so... Anyways, this beachfront town has history and while it recently went through some dilapidation, it's coming back up as a family getaway full of prosperity and good ol' fashioned fun (with a side of street art). Paragon Boardwalk brought in local legend @brandalizm to cover a revived arcade (and now food stand + beer hall) with ridiculous artwork. Brand paints so fast, so clean, so dimensional... you can come check out his giant scuba diver mural - yes, the one near the mini-golf course. It's tight. Surf's up?

PS - big thanks to Kyle Rowan Brown for the awesome video recap!
